1. Clean the gua sha tool with warm water and mild soap. 2. Apply a suitable oil or lotion on your face. 3. Hold the gua sha tool with the curved side facing your face. 4. Start massaging your face with outward and upward strokes, starting from the neck and moving towards the forehead. 5. Use the different edges of the tool for different areas of your face, such as the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. 6. Repeat the process for a few minutes, 2-3 times a week.
